OUR MISSION
Wiping the tears:
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21:4
Helping the needy:
“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.” Proverbs 19:17
This is like the verse where Jesus said if you help someone else, you are helping Him because if someone is generous to the poor, they are in a sense, lending to the Lord. The Lord promises to “repay [them] for [their] deed” so this is a win-win situation. Help someone in need and the Lord Himself will repay you and remember, He’s got all the resources of the universe at His fingertips.
Empower Others:
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:29-31
As disciples growing together, we are always considering how to help each other grow. We want to use our God-given influence to lift others up and help them take their next step in service to God and people.
